Ketchup+Mustard Classic

Ketchup and mustard...a classic combination right? Those were exactly my thoughts when styling this look. Being back in Texas I am having a hard time adjusting to this temperature with my East Coast closet. Ok not that difficult of a time - I DO NOT miss trudging through snow piles and slosh on my way to work. I DO have soo many great warm and cozy clothes - and womp they are in a bin above my closet. 80 degrees doesn't exactly call for wool sweaters and scarves. BUT I think I've found a happy medium - boots and crops (seen here), Sleeveless Cardi Vests (seen here) and boots + shorts (this post). Today I'm wearing a similar look to a blogger brunch (can't wait to meet y'all) - Loving shorts+OTK boots and you can easily sub out the sweater cardigan with any of these cute dusters here, here, and here. The cardigan is definitely the star of this look and I once again #GotItAtGordmans. The diamond print feels like that festive time of the year and as mentioned above I'm loving the color combo- anything with a touch of burgundy and I'm like yessss it goes great with these Lip Paints (color Bling). Heading home Tuesday and this year FINALLY having Thanksgiving at home...like home home at Mom and Dad's. It's been years since this has happened and I'm really excited to be back. I am ready for some Mom/Dad TLC and noms. Oh and Holiday snaps! Working on a few fun holiday style looks/tips- Anything specific you'd like to see?
