Jump into Style - Jumpsuit

It's funny how everyone tends to justify a purchase. Some consumers tend to gravitate towards a certain brand or trend. Some people prefer quality and labels over quantity. And some simply buy based on a great store experience. I would have to say I am a mix of all the above. I LOVE buying quality staple pieces and mixing them with a trendy fast fashion style. It's always a nice feeling to get the most out of a lasting piece. For this look I paired my classic LV Palermo PM Bag and Signature Vince Camuto (similar above) heels with my Macy's Bar III blazer and Forever 21 jumper. The most value came from my bag and shoes...but the conversation starter has been the jumpsuit.

Someone once told me that for every compliment you receive on an item, it equals a $10 mark. You know you did well when you can "pay the outfit off" AKA this jumpsuit received about six "ah where did you get your jumper?" questions at work. That equals $60 in compliments and I paid $24 for it...$ well spent ;) Not to mention jumpsuits are my new obsession for this spring. I have three so far and I cannot wait to style them! (Similar styles above).

What do you think about my Mulan Bun? Or as most are calling it the Half Knot. The Top Knot has had it's run and it's about time we update our lazy girl look. I've been seeing this hairstyle everywhere and I thought I'd give it a whirl. It's actually a super quick morning on the go style. Normally if I wear my hair down I like to straighten my ends. This way I only have to do half :) Which is half my morning hair time and I am happy about that! Check out these looks that inspired mine here, here, here, and here.

Wish me luck! I am off on another Texas adventure this weekend! I'll be heading down south for one of my dearest friend's wedding. Eeek I cannot wait to see everyone again...so much love. It's going to be a beautiful weekend. Hope you all are having a great day!
