Gianni Bini Dress, Tory Burch Bag (Silver) . Basic Black Tights . Guess Boots . |
Finally, it is almost time to take a break and head down to South Texas (eek Saturday). I'll be home for 9 days and I can't wait to be a kid again with the fam. There really is no place like home...friends, family, FOOD. And boy am I ready for my parent's cooking! I'll have to hit the gym asap once I'm back...but for now I want nothing more than to veg out on my hometown couch with sissy and a glass of wine (girl you betta be ready for the gossips). It'll be nice to go South for the winter, and get a break from the chilly temps. These next 2 days I'll be hosting a few Texas friends in town. Ready to have a last minute burst of NYC Christmas fun with them before I go home.
I am SO excited to have a party dress post up. The holiday season is such a great excuse to dress it up! Sparkles, jewel tones, lace, feathers...it's definitely that time of year. I know a lot of you have upcoming formals, holiday dinners, company parties, family gatherings etc. and I wanted to share some party dress inspiration. A few years ago I wore this Gianni Bini dress to a holiday dinner, and it's been a long time favorite of mine. The black and white color blocking give it a two piece look but I like the ease of single dress fit. This look works for a number of holiday occasions with or without a jacket.
Here are a few of my other holiday dress picks.
- Gianni Bini Sequined Dress (SO many great colors)
- Express Jumpsuit
- Gianni Bini Bradshaw Feather Dress
- French Connection Long-Sleeve Dress (love this classy look)
- Zara Sequined Dress
- H&M Lace Dress (Can easily be dressed up with jewelry)
- Francesca's Red Lace Dress
- AnnTaylor Jewel Shift Dress
