Hope everyone is ready for some Turkey this week! I know I am. I'll be heading back to Texas on Wednesday for Thanksgiving and I cannot wait to be back in the homeland y'all. Words cannot describe the much needed family time. It's like no worries, my sis and I chillin in the backseat with mom and dad driving haha. I already have all the outfits packed and ready to go...I should after doing 7 loads of laundry. Which by the way costs a small fortune to do here :/ yay. Ah it's going to be so nice to see my family and boyfriend. I'm so thankful for the time I am able to spend with them while living so far away.

This look is something I am really excited about posting. My top is the one I purchased from Topshop and I featured it in this previous post (here). It's a unique piece and I love the lace and feather details. I've seen TONS of feather elements on jackets, tops, skirts, and accessories this season. I wanted to keep it comfy and casual in my leggings (we went to the Central Park Zoo) but I know I can definitely dress this up with a sequin skirt or trousers. The entire top is sheer, so any cami/tank can add a pop of color. I love a multiple style piece...I feel like I really get my $$$ worth!
