Ginger Tea

Eh after a most unpleasant evening with a stomach virus my mom found a simple recipe for Ginger Tea...It is suppose to be really good for sore throats, upset stomachs, and overall soothing.  I really liked it, and it definitely helped my tum.  It has a nice spicy flavor kind of Christmas ish in a way lol... going to try to add this to my morning breakfast.


Simple Ginger Tea Recipe
  • 4-6 thin slices or 1 tsp of fresh ginger root
  • 1tsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup of boiled water
  • Let ginger steep in the water for a bout 10-15 mins
  • Enjoy
